Experience Cuba through
teleskopschienen24
Travel has never been as popular as what it is today and every year more and more
people book a holiday to go to some far away destination. Amongst some of the favourite destinations are
America, Australia, Spain, France, Russia and more recently Cuba. London also attracts many overseas tourists
interested in seeing all the famous buildings and attractions such as Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Tower
of London and the Houses of Parliament. Cuba which was once the playground of wealthy Americans, before Fidel
Castro became prime minister in 1959, is now experiencing a rapid growth in tourism. Tourists usually head
for Havana which is the capital of Cuba famous for the rap scene which started in the 1990’s. Tourists are
eager to experience the culture of the people who live in Cuba as well as the many sights and Cuban cuisine.
Often tourists can be seen using a Teleskopschienen24 which enables them to enjoy the experience better. Cuba was once the
possession of Spain for almost 400 years before Cuba became an independent republic. When the cold war
began in 1959 led by Fidel Castro everything changed for the people and by 1960 all new infrastructures ceased
and by 1961 thousands of Cubans had left to live in America. The radio and television stations were state
controlled and by the 1970’s the standard of living was extremely poor for most people. In 2006 Fidel
Castro became ill and his brother Raul Castro was elected the new president in 2008.
Today Cuba is turning round with new housing and Hotels being built to accommodate the
growth in tourism. The Cuban culture is influenced very much by different cultures mainly Spanish and
African. The cuisine is influenced by Spanish and Caribbean recipes which are cooked slowly with garlic and
bay leaves that are added to the light sauces making most meat dishes very spicy. Cuba has many immigrants
the majority being Spanish and Latin Americans as well as French, Italian, Portuguese, British and Russian.
Ernest Hemingway, Graham Greene and Stephen Crane are all famous literate writers who have lived in Cuba. The
Rap scene in Cuba continues to be the most popular form of music and a heavy-duty extension (Schwerlastauszug) is often attached to the amplifiers when groups are performing live to
create maximum effect for everyone to enjoy.
